On February 28, 2018, CERINS Group successfully completed the new medical device registration and certificate issuance support service for Samsung Electronics’ X-Ray product, the GF50, with the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) of the Russian Federation.

The product is classified as a Class 2b medical device (Products with Increased Risk), and the issued medical device registration certificate remains valid until the discontinuation of the product/model.

This achievement marks CERINS Group’s third successful medical device registration for Samsung Electronics’ X-Ray products, following the successful registrations of the GR40CW on August 25, 2017, and the GU60 series on December 28, 2017.
