Overview
China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is China's mandatory product certification system for designated products. It ensures that applicable products meet relevant Chinese regulatory requirements for safety and other specified criteria. Products subject to CCC requirements must obtain the required certification or complete the applicable conformity assessment procedure before being imported, sold, or used for commercial purposes in China.
CCC Certification Process
Scope Assessment
Determine whether the product is subject to China Compulsory Certification (CCC) requirements based on its type, specifications, and applicable regulations.
Application and Product Testing
Submit the certification application and required technical documentation. Product testing and, where applicable, factory inspections are conducted in accordance with the relevant Chinese requirements.
Certification and Marking
Upon successful completion of the applicable conformity assessment procedures, the CCC certificate is issued and the CCC mark may be applied in accordance with the applicable requirements.
