RFC CERTIFICATE
무선통신인증 – 주파수 관련 인증
러시아로 수입되는 통신기기 중 무선전자장비 및 고주파수를 사용하는 기기는 수입통관 전 러시아 RFC인증 (Radiofrequency Center certificate)을 받아야 합니다. 해당 인증서의 유효기간은 최장 1년이며 인증서는 GOST R, TRCU, FSS notification, EAC license 등과 함께 사용되는 통신기기 관련 인증서입니다. RFC 인증은 Frequency conclusion, radio certificate 등으로도 알려져 있습니다.

무선통신인증 – 주파수 관련 인증 특이사항
대체로 고주파수 대역을 사용하지 않는 전자장비를 포함한 음파, 초음파, 적외선, 방사선 기기 등은 RFC인증 대상에 포함되지 않는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 다양한 무선전자 장비가 RFC 인증을 필요로 하는 기능 등을 내포하고 있으니 아래의 대상품목을 참고한 후 전문가와 상담을 통해 필요인증여부를 확인하는 것이 필요합니다.
FSS NOTIFICATION
암호통신인증 – 암호화 기기 관련 인증
러시아 암호통신 인증은 2015년 발효된 Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No.109, 1.9.2015 와 개정 법령 No.131, 10.06.2015에 따라 FSS notification (Federal Security Service notification)을 받도록 되어있습니다. 해당 법령 2.19 섹션에 규정, 나열된 암호화된 프로그램 또는 하드웨어기기는 러시아를 포함한 관세동맹국 반입 전 반드시 FSS notification을 받아야 합니다. 또한, FSS notification 은 암호화된 프로그램 또는 하드웨어기기를 사용하는 다양한 제품 군에 필요한 인증이니 전문가와 상담을 통해 인증을 진행해 나갈 필요가 있습니다. FSS notification 은 FSB notification, encryption certificate, cryptography certificate로도 알려져 있습니다.

암호통신인증 – 암호화 기기 관련 인증 특이사항
암호화통신인증 (FSS notification) 은 유효기간이 별도로 존재하지 않으며 이는 한번 인증된 제품은 단종될 때까지 유효함을 뜻합니다. 또한, 별도의 암호화된 인코딩을 사용하지 않고 전문분야의 지식을 필요로 하지 않는 인코딩 제품, 그리고 General order에 명시된 제외 품목 또한 FSS notification을 필요로 하지 않습니다.
