국가위생등록
2010년 관세동맹국 간 채결한 Decision of CU Commission No.299, 28.05.2010에 따라 기존 국가별 발행되던 위생등록증 (Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion: Hygienic Certificate)이 하나로 통합되었습니다. 따라서 2012년 1월 1일부로 위생청 (Rospotrebnadzor) 로부터 승인된 인증기관에서 발급하는 Expert Conclusion 과 State Registration인증서 발급이 필요합니다.

국가위생등록 주요 대상
위생등록증이 필요한 품목은 Decision of CU Commission No.299, 28.05.2010에서 자세히 조회 가능하며 아래는 위생등록대상 주요 대상 품목입니다.
- Mineral water, bottled drinking water, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks – including low alcohol and tonic drinks
- Special foods, which include baby food, food for pregnant and breastfeeding women, dietary products, food for athletes, biologically active food additives, organic products, supplements
- Food additives complex (plant extracts, aromas etc.)
- Foods produced using genetically modified (transgenic) organisms
- Cosmetics, products of oral hygiene
- Household cleaning products
- Disinfectants, resources for rat extermination.
- Potentially hazardous chemical and biological agents
- Materials, equipment, devices, and other technical products to treat water intended for use in drinking-water supply
- Products intended for contact with food (except cutlery, tableware, manufacturing equipment).
- Personal hygienic items for children and adults, children’s clothes and products using for feeding-care

국가위생등록 특이사항
국가위생등록 인증서는 발급 후 제품/모델이 단종될 때까지 유효합니다. 국가위생등록 (State Registration Certificate)은 소비자의 건강과 안전을 위해 연방정부 감독 하에 발행됩니다. 따라서, 국가위생등록이 필요한 아이템의 경우 필요서류 제출 및 시험성적서 제출 시, 세부 항목이 빠지지 않도록 각별한 주의가 필요합니다.
